Gwen Nagy
For almost 3 decades, Gwen Nagy has worked relentlessly as a property tax advocate. Her number one priority has always been using her knowledge and expertise to help her clients save as much money as possible on their property taxes.
One way that Gwen has been successful in that endeavor is through her employment as a Commercial Appraiser with the Harris County Appraisal District. Having worked in this capacity, Gwen is able to understand and question appraisal district methodologies and to develop and defend alternate opinions of property valuation. Gwen has protested a wide range of commercial, residential, industrial and business personal property accounts. She has appeared at informal, formal and arbitration hearings throughout the State of Texas.
Gwen has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston- Downtown. She also holds a Texas Senior Property Tax consulting license and a Texas Real Estate license. She is a member of the Houston, Texas and National Association of Realtors.
